Phillip Wasserman is recognized as one of the leading experts on annuities and tax free wealth transfer strategies. He has a B.A. degree in Economics from Kalamazoo College and a law degree from Stetson University College of Law. Phil has lectured and taught thousands of agents and brokers powerful strategies to help their clients. Phil has also hosted a state wide radio show and written for various publications. Phil is an avid lover of animals and is involved in many dog rescue causes. He is also a major supporter of children charities, especially Big Brothers Big Sisters.
Kenneth Rossman graduated with honors from Florida State University with degrees in accounting, finance, and political science and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1983.
Kenneth has expertise experience in the field due to his extensive work experience. He was the Senior Tax Specialist at Coopers and Lybrand CPA’s. Kenneth successfully organized and operated Rossman & Associates CPA. Clients consisted of banks, small businesses, construction, and real estate companies. Kenneth sold Rossman & Associates for a succesful profit in 2003. Currently, Kenneth is the Tax and Income Manager for Phillip Roy Financial Services. Kenneth has been successful in IRS litigation cases for various high profile clientele. He has been nationally recognized as an exceptional speaker at various investment and tax planning seminars and conferences. He resides with his wife and two children in Central Florida and was a nationally recognized college wrestler.
Joyce Angerame is a client services specialist. Joyce has been in the insurance and financial services industry for more than 20 years. She worked for Bankers Life and Casualty in Chicago in the claims department while in High School and college. After moving to Florida with her husband, she took a number of years off to raise her three children. When Joyce re-entered the work force she worked for some of the top Life Insurance producers in the country.
Joyce’s main focus is client services. She believes in building relationships with the clients as friends and takes the extra steps necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
Brian Kelly founded Kings Point Capital and is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He attended UCLA School of Law and previously practiced law at the law firm of Allen, Matkins, Leck, Gamble and Mallory. He has expertise in private equity, particularly the media, consumer products and financial service categories. His diverse background, ranging from operational experience to complex financings, provides the firm a measured perspective to navigate the financial marketplace.
Alan Haft makes appearances in a wide range of print, radio and television media including CNBC, Fox, Money Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, BusinessWeek, USA Today, Forbes, The Los Angeles Times, Smart Money and others. In addition, he is a financial columnist for the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AIPCA), the largest association of CPAs in the country.
He is the author of three books including The Haft Of It, The 10 Most Common Mistakes People Make With Their Money (and how to avoid them) and a recent bestseller, You Can Never Be Too Rich (John Wiley & Sons, NY).
Alan was partners with Oscar-nominated actor James Woods in a media company at Universal Studios and also served as President of Day Corporation, a multi-national technology firm he was instrumental in helping take public on the Swiss stock exchange that just recently sold to Adobe Corporation.
